Auburn Parks and Recreation Trolley Rental


1.
Fees: $100.00 for 1-4 hours; $200.00 for 4-8 hours.
Rentals of over 8 hours are considered on an individual basis.
Driver fee: $10.00 per hour. Renter must pay driver for 30 minutes prior to reserved time and for 30 minutes after reserved time. Fees are payable a minimum of three days before scheduled event.
Checks should be made to City of Auburn.

2.
Trolley will not leave the Auburn City limits.
Exceptions will be considered on an individual basis.

3.
No Alcoholic Beverages and No Smoking.

4.
All passengers must be seated while vehicle is in motion.

5.
Temporary decorations only. No permanent adhesives are allowed.

Trolley is available according to availability of approved driver. Only drivers approved by the City of Auburn Risk Manager will operate the trolley. The City of Auburn reserves the right to cancel reservations due to the inability to book a driver.

7.
Renters will be required to provide an itinerary for the trolley's use at least 24 hours prior to the event. The itinerary will not be changed after this time without the approval of Parks and Recreation.
