The Greystone Guesthouse
The eighteen suites at Greystone Guesthouse are available for rentals from May 15th through August 5th for guests at Greystone Mansion. During other times, lodging is available at the Castle at East Magnolia and Stadium Way Studios.
Each suite at Greystone Gueshouse has a private bath, kitchenette, and two twin beds. The Gueshouse has a beautifully appointed great room with fireplace and country French decor. The Guesthouse is steps away from the Mansion with plenty of free parking.
Rates are $125 per night, Monday - Thursday, and $165 per night Friday - Sunday. There is a $35 cleaning fee for a one night rental, and no cleaning fee for rentals of two or more nights. A catered breakfast is available upon request, with prices available upon request. If a party books six or more rooms, a complimentary wine and cheese welcome is provided on arrival night.
